To reserve your child(ren)’s space, payments are to be received one week prior to the class/workshop start date. Same day payments may be made, but space availability is on a first come, first served basis. Payments may be made by cash, check, Visa or MasterCard.
Regular attendance in classes or workshops is expected. Consistent attendance and participation is an important element in allowing the students to develop and polish social skills within an environment of their peers. Due to the importance of participation, make-up classes are not offered. 30 minute private one-on-one sessions are available for an additional $50.
Social Coaching Club Inc. reserves the right to cancel class for insufficient enrollment. Should such an event occur, your fee can either be returned or transferred to a different class or program. Class fees will not be refunded if your child misses a class, quits, or is asked to leave due to excessive disruptive behavior.
Social Coaching Club Inc. reserves the right to dismiss students whose behavior proves disruptive to other participants. In such cases, a consultation will be held with all relevant parties to discuss possible behavior corrections before child is dismissed from classes. No refund will be offered if child is ultimately dismissed from the class.
In the event that a parent or caregiver is detained after the class, there will be a $10 charge for every ten minutes the parent/caregiver is delayed. Social Coaching Club Inc. cannot guarantee adult supervisor for your child after class.
Light, individually packaged snacks will be provided. Bottled water is always available. If your child has any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform Social Coaching Club, Inc. management during registration.
